Until 2001, GoldStar only built homes that averaged between 3,500 sq.
ft. to 8,000 sq. ft. - never anything smaller. After receiving many
requests from home buyers who wanted the same level of quality in a more
manageable space, the decision was made to include homes in the
2,800-sq. ft. to 3,500-sq. ft. range with prices ranging from $280,000
to $350,000.
